Six crowns: David Guetta is once again the World's No. 1 DJ in 2026
David Guetta has won again. For the second consecutive year and the sixth time in his career, the Frenchman is the number 1 DJ in the world according to the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs 2026.
And this time it's not just another triumph. It's the one that sets him apart from everyone else.
Guetta now stands alone at the top of history
Until 2025, the conversation was: Who is the greatest? Guetta, Armin van Buuren, and Martin Garrix were tied with 5 wins each.
Today, there is no longer a debate. With his 2026 victory, Guetta has 6 and is the only person in the history of the Top 100 to achieve this.
He defeated Martin Garrix, who had to settle for second place once again, and a Top 5 that shows where electronic music is heading: Anyma rises to #3, Alok to #4, and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike to #5.
A massive vote
DJ Mag confirmed that this edition featured votes from 234 territories, making it one of the largest voting turnouts in music. It's not an industry award; it's a pure popular vote. And Guetta remains the name people write down first.
He lifted the trophy in Ibiza at the DJ Mag LIVE event at [UNVRS], the island's new superclub.
The year that led him to No. 1
At 58 years old, Guetta is not resting on his laurels. He sold out 3 Stade de France shows, took his Monolith production to festivals around the world, and maintained his dual identity: mainstream hits with Sia and Afrojack, alongside the underground Future Rave sound with MORTEN.
Six times No. 1. Two years in a row. The only one in history. The debate is over.
