Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The controller responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website is ANTICLUB®, with address in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, and contact email hola@anticlub.net.

This Privacy Policy has been drafted in accordance with:

  • The Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations, applicable in Mexico.
  • The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union, when applicable to users residing in the EU.
  • Law 1581 of 2012 of Colombia, Law 25,326 of Argentina, LGPD of Brazil and other applicable local regulations.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following personal data, always provided voluntarily by you:

  • Booking form: name, email, phone, company or promoter, city, event date, event type, budget and brief description.
  • News comments: name, email (not public) and comment content.
  • Newsletter: email.
  • Automatic technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, language, pages visited and visit duration (via technical and analytics cookies).

3. Purpose of processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Managing your booking request: responding to your inquiry, sending you a proposal and, if applicable, formalizing the contract.
  • Publishing comments on news articles (your name is public, your email is not).
  • Sending commercial communications if you have subscribed to the newsletter (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • Analyzing site usage to improve experience and technical performance.
  • Complying with applicable legal obligations (billing, tax, etc.).

4. Legal basis for processing

  • Express consent of the user when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR / Art. 8 LFPDPPP).
  • Performance of a contract or application of pre-contractual measures, when your request leads to a commercial relationship (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Legitimate interest in site security and fraud prevention (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Legal compliance in tax, accounting and contracting matters.

5. Retention periods

  • Booking data: for the time necessary to manage your request and, if there is a contract, for the duration of the commercial relationship plus the legal limitation period (usually 5 years).
  • Comments: while the news article remains published, unless you request their deletion.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Technical data: maximum 14 months, unless legal obligation otherwise.

6. Recipients and transfers

We do not transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share it only with:

  • Technical providers acting as data processors (hosting, transactional email, newsletter services) under confidentiality agreements.
  • Competent authorities when there is a legal obligation.

If any provider is located outside Mexico or the European Union, an adequate level of protection is guaranteed through Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or equivalent mechanisms.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Delete your data (right to be forgotten) when it is no longer necessary.
  • Object to processing or request its limitation.
  • Portability of your data to another controller.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
  • File a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Mexico, INAI; in the EU, the AEPD or your country of residence authority).

To exercise your rights, write to us at hola@anticlub.net indicating "Data Protection" in the subject line and attaching a copy of a document proving your identity. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee a level of security adequate to the risk, including:

  • HTTPS encryption on all communications.
  • Storage on secure servers with restricted access.
  • Passwords hashed with robust algorithms.
  • Periodic backups.
  • Periodic review of accesses and logs.

9. Minors

The Site is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we detect that we have received data from a minor without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.

10. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative changes or our services. We will always publish the current version on this same page with the last updated date.
