1. Acceptance of terms
Access to and use of the website anticlub.net (hereinafter, "the Site") grants user status and implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
2. Purpose of the service
ANTICLUB® offers, through the Site, the following services:
- Public information about represented artists (roster).
- Access to original radio shows published by the artists.
- Photo and video gallery of events.
- Download of press kits, logos, hi-res photos and technical riders.
- Contact form and booking request.
- Publication of news and articles of interest.
3. User registration and data
Use of the Site does not require prior registration. When submitting forms (booking, comments, newsletter), the user agrees to provide truthful, accurate and updated information, and not to impersonate third parties.
4. Code of conduct
The user agrees not to:
- Publish illegal, defamatory, obscene, violent, discriminatory content or content that violates third-party rights.
- Send spam, unsolicited advertising or commercial communications through the forms.
- Impersonate ANTICLUB®, its artists or any third party.
- Use the forms to send threats, harassment or any form of abuse.
- Download or reuse press kits, images and graphic material for purposes other than booking or promoting the represented artists.
5. News comments
Comments published by users are the sole responsibility of the person who posts them and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of ANTICLUB®.
We reserve the right to:
- Moderate, edit or delete any comment that violates these terms, without prior notice.
- Block access for users who repeatedly engage in abusive behavior.
- Report to the authorities comments that may constitute a crime.
6. Booking services
Submitting the booking form does not constitute a firm reservation or a contract. It is simply a request for information and quotation that:
- ANTICLUB® will review and respond to within approximately 24 business hours.
- Will lead, if applicable, to a formal written proposal with specific conditions.
- Will only be considered binding once the corresponding contract has been signed by both parties.
Prices, availability and conditions shown on the Site are purely informative and may vary depending on date, location, show format and other factors.
7. Intellectual property
All contents of the Site (texts, images, audio, video, brands, logos, code, design) are the property of ANTICLUB® or third parties who have authorized their use, and are protected by national and international intellectual property laws.
The downloadable material (press kits, logos, photos, riders) may only be used for:
- Promotion of artists represented by ANTICLUB®.
- Preparation of events contracted with ANTICLUB®.
- Legitimate journalistic coverage (specialized press).
Its commercial use, redistribution or alteration without prior written authorization is prohibited.
8. Exclusion of warranties
ANTICLUB® does not guarantee:
- The uninterrupted availability of the Site.
- The absence of errors in the published contents.
- That the Site is free of viruses or harmful elements.
- The accuracy of information about artist availability, which may change without prior notice.
The user uses the Site at their own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANTICLUB® shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site.
- Loss of data, profits or business opportunities.
- Content published by third parties (comments, external links).
- Service interruptions due to force majeure.
10. Modifications
ANTICLUB® reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from their publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after publication implies acceptance of the new version.
11. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Mexican law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or application shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, unless the consumer legislation applicable to the user establishes another jurisdiction.
